How was your weekend? I went to Naples for the weekend and had a great time. I laughed so much until I cried. That's something I haven't done in a very very lonnnngggg time. Actually when I did cry it was because I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders and my Granny was saying it was time to start releasing.
I was fortunate to be off yesterday and I used the daily wisely. KT and I watched two movies. First we watched Wrath of the Titans and then The Hunger Games. Both were good. I picked them up at the local library. Y'all know I don't do Redbox. Well I do but that's to find out what movies I want to see and then I request them in my library account. Call me a frugalista!
Everything was great up until I decided to try out the tripod again. Major fail. These pictures don't do this outfit justice. If you follow my other social networking sites, I was requesting assistance styling this skirt I thrifted while hanging with my sister. She took me to a few thrift stores and we had lunch to take our minds off our Granny. Oh how I miss her!
One great thing about blogging is that you find inspiration everywhere. I know Aztec and African print are major fashion trends this year so I wasn't going to pass this skirt up. My sister thought it was overpriced but i paid less than $10 for it. Maybe even less.
